रात को मोबाइल पर ऊंची आवाज पर बातें नहीं। रात्रि दस बजे के बाद यह दिशा-निर्देश लागू होंगे। समूह में यात्रा करने वालों पर भी रेलगाड़ी के अंदर देर रात तेज आवाज में बातों पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा।

प्रमुख समाचार पत्रों की हेडलाइन्स (23 जनवरी)-
निर्वाचन आयोग की समीक्षा बैठक के बाद दिये गये दिशा-निर्देश आज समाचार पत्रों ने मुख पृष्ठ पर विस्तार से दिये हैं। आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव वाले राज्यों में 31 जनवरी तक रैलियों पर रोक और प्रचार में कुछ छूट का समाचार भी समाचार पत्रों में प्रमुखता से है। लगभग सभी समाचार पत्रों ने चुनावी राज्यों में हो रही राजनीतिक गहमा-गहमी की विस्तार से चर्चा की है। समाचार पत्रों ने विभिन्न दलों की ताजा गतिविधियों को प्रमुखता दी है।
देश में कोरोना की स्थिति पर भी सभी समाचार पत्रों की दृष्टि है। दैनिक जागरण लिखता है- संक्रमण से उबरे तो तीन महीने बाद लगेगा टीका। जनसत्ता और राष्ट्रीय सहारा ने लिखा है कि तीसरी लहर में एक दिन में दिल्ली में सबसे ज्यादा 45 मौतें। हिदुस्तान खतरा शीर्षक से लिखता है- महीने भर में दोबारा हो सकते हैं कोरोना सक्रमित।
अमर उजाला की खबर है- अध्ययनकर्ताओं ने डेनमार्क, फ्रांस और भारत सहित 40 देशों में संक्रमण के नये स्वरूप फैले होने का दावा किया। प्रधानमंत्री के कल देश के पिछडे जिलों को विकसित करने के लिए जिला अधिकारियों के साथ हुई बैठक पर भी सभी अखबारों ने विस्तार से समाचार दिये है।
आज से गणतंत्र दिवस समारोहों की शुरूआत पर समाचार पत्रों ने विशेष आलेख प्रकासित किये हैं। प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा आज इंडिया गेट पर नेता जी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की प्रतिमा का अनावरण किये जाने के समाचार के साथ राष्ट्रीय सहारा ने लिखा है कि सुभाष नाम से हर भारतीय गर्व करता है।
हरिभूमि लिखता है दिल्ली में गणतंत्र दिवस परेड की अवधि होगी- 90 मिनट, दिखाई देंगी 21 राज्यों की झाकियां। राजस्थान पत्रिका ने लिखा है- रेलवे का नया फरमान- रात को मोबाइल पर ऊंची आवाज पर बातें नहीं। रात्रि दस बजे के बाद यह दिशा-निर्देश लागू होंगे। समूह में यात्रा करने वालों पर भी रेलगाड़ी के अंदर देर रात तेज आवाज में बातों पर रहेगी पाबंदी।
- प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा देश डिजिटल इंडिया की मौन क्रांति की साक्षी है। देश के विभिन्न जिलों के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ वर्चुअल बातचीत में कहा- आकांक्षी जिले देश की प्रगति में आने वाली बाधाओं को दूर कर रहे हैं।
- गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने आज जम्मू में देश का पहला जिला सुशासन सूचकांक जारी किया।
- उत्तर प्रदेश में बहुजन समाज पार्टी ने विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे चरण के मतदान के लिए 51 उम्मीदवारों की सूची जारी की। समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव मैनपुरी जिले की करहल सीट से चुनाव लडेंगे।

The full dress rehearsal of this year's Republic Day parade will be held today in New Delhi. The parade will start at 10.20 AM from Vijay Chowk and proceed to National Stadium. Delhi Police has issued an advisory making elaborate traffic arrangements and restrictions in place for the smooth conduct of the parade rehearsals along the route.
As per the traffic advisory, no traffic is allowed on Rajpath from Vijay Chowk to India Gate till the parade rehearsal gets over today. No cross traffic is allowed on Rajpath at Rafi Marg, Janpath and Man Singh Road till parade rehearsal is over. C-Hexagon-India Gate will be closed for traffic from 9.15 AM today till the entire parade and Tableaux enter the National Stadium. Commuters have been advised to plan their journey in advance and avoid the route of parade from 9 AM to 12.30 PM for their own convenience.

Chennai had fog in the morning and will have partly cloudy sky later. The temperature will vary between 23 and 29 degree Celsius.
Kolkata will have generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers. The city observed minimum temperature of 18 degree Celsius and a maximum of around 22 degrees.
Srinagar will have rain or snow. The temperature will hover between one and five degree Celsius. Jammu will have rain or thundershowers would occur towards afternoon or evening. The minimum temperature was nine degree Celsius while the maximum will be around 14 degrees. Leh is likely to have light snow.
