Shardiya Navaratri 2020 : Nine forms of Goddess Durga

This time Durga Puja and Navratri are beginning from October 17, 2020. During the Navratri festival, nine different forms of Goddess Durga are revered and worshiped, also known as Nava Durga.

Aadi Shakti "mother" will come to earth this Navratra horse as her vehicle, which is not good. Coming on horseback is believed to spread disease, mourning, as well as war with neighboring countries, power struggles. Explain that this time mother is leaving on buffalo. This too is not considered auspicious. Shardiya Navratri is a festival of worship of mother Navdurga ji. Every year this holy festival begins as soon as the shraddha ends. But this time it was not possible due to high mass.

Importance of Shardiya Navratri-

According to scriptures and Puranas, Shardiya Navratri is the best time to worship Mata Durga. During these holy days of Navratra, different forms of mother are worshiped every day, which gives happiness, strength and knowledge to its devotees. Every day of Navratri is dedicated to the special form of the Goddess. With the grace of every divine form, different desires are fulfilled. The festival of Navratri is a festival of worship of Shakti.

The victory of good over evil- 

According to the mythology, there was a demon named Mahishasura, who was a big devotee of Brahma. He obtained a boon by pleasing Brahmaji with his tenacity. No god, demon or human being on earth could kill him as a boon. As soon as he received the boon, he became very ruthless and started terrorizing the three people. Disturbed by her terror, the gods and goddesses together with Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh gave birth to Durga as Mother Shakti and Mother Durga killed Mahishasura.
